We offer three domestic delivery options plus international shipping:
1. Free Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

2. Express Shipping with Signature (Australia-Wide)

Carrier: Australia Post Express

Estimated Delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch

Signature required for secure delivery.
3. Click & Collect – Brisbane CBD Only

Location: 2a 1/303 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000

Same-day pickup available once you receive a “Ready for Collection” notification.

Stock is transferred from our secure warehouse every 2 hours.

Do not arrive for collection until notified.
4. International Shipping

Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import laws. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
🕐 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
📦 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking, whether shipped domestically or internationally.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
🚫 Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order.

We cannot change shipping addresses after purchase.

Trade.com.au is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned items due to incorrect addresses.
📭 Delivered But Not Received

If tracking confirms delivery but you didn’t receive the item, notify us within 14 calendar days of the marked delivery date.

Claims submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

We suggest checking:

Mailbox, porch, or building lobby

With neighbours or building staff

For missed delivery slips

Note: We are not liable for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered. For added security, choose Express Shipping with Signature.
